What we do

In its capacity as a Skills Service Organisation (SSO), Artibus Innovation had an impressive track record of managing and developing the entire national training products suite of the Construction, Plumbing and Services and Property Services industries.

This includes, over the past 6 years, overseeing the review and development/redevelopment of 74 qualifications spanning 4 national training packages. This experience proves not only its technical capacity and ability to achieve results but has also provided Artibus Innovation with extensive experience in working with industry and employers to identify where improvements can be made.

We are regularly engaged by industry associations or training providers who need support to develop an accredited course to address current skilling gaps. We can manage the end to end process or provide bespoke expertise. These assignments support our commitment to supporting quality education, industry innovation and sustainable cities and communities.

Qualifications and standards are only part of the workforce capability skills ecosystem. We have a deep involvement and experience working across this ecosystem to guide coal face implementation, promotion of pathways and career development, evaluation and monitoring of skills.

Working to our principles of openness, transparency and co design, we are very experienced in bringing people together in a managed and supportive environment. We provide secretariat and governance arrangements for many industry groups.

In its capacity as a Skills Service Organisation (SSO), Artibus Innovation developed and delivered ten annual evidence-based Skills Forecasts (with annual and 4-year time horizons) on time and within budget. In its skills forecasting role, Artibus Innovation has been a key channel between industry and government connecting and coordinating stakeholders across all jurisdictions and levels of government to ensure skills and workforce development align with the needs of Australian industry.
