Summary of development
Following a directive from the June meeting of the Australian Industry Skills Committee (AISC), The Property Industry Reference Committee will be overseeing the transition of the following two qualifications and their components to the Standards for Training Packages 2012.
CPP20511 Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing
CPP30811 Certificate III in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing
The transitioned components are available for download.
This transition project will be presented to the AISC for endorsement in December 2020.

Project status
The Case for Endorsement has been finalised by the Property Industry Reference Committee and has been submitted for consideration by the Australian Industry Skills Committee (AISC) at their meeting in December as part of CPP Training Package Release 13.0.
What happens next
Following endorsement by the AISC the project will be considered by the COAG Skills Council for final endorsement. When final endorsement is announced in the AISC Communique the qualifications will be added to the National Register.
